Fitness Indicators

There are three things I have got to watch if I would like to become physically healthy.

  • Sleep
  • Exercise
  • Food

My sleep currently is horrible, coming in at an average of 5hrs and 15mins. Bad bad bad. I'll have to slowly adapt my life choices and aim for the illusive 8 hrs of daily rest. I believe I may set my goal in 15 minute increases every week till I consistently be getting the sleep I need.


I started my exercise routine by believing I'll one day walk 10 000 steps a day. I started at ~4000 steps and have been increasing it every week I successfully hit my target for the week. I'm currently at 9600 steps, so I'm getting close.
